The M / V Montecristo, a 56,000-ton bulk carrier, suffered a Pirate Attack by Somali Pirates in the Indian Ocean. On 10th October 2011 at 6:45 am, while the ship was crossing the Gulf of Aden, she was attacked by a boat holding eleven armed men.
